Services for Flo Parker 91, of Kilgore, will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 5, 2019, in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore with Dr. Pete Freeman and Rev. Riley Pippen officiating. Interment will follow in Kilgore City Cemetery. Mrs. Parker completed her earthly journey on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 in Kilgore surrounded by loved ones.

Flo was born on March 24, 1927 in El Dorado, Arkansas to the late Dave and Pearl Rousseau. She was a member of First Baptist Church and was the Co-owner and operator with her Husband T.C. Parker of Parker’s Upholstery in Kilgore. Like a pioneer lady of old, Flo worked alongside her husband while giving him five children and caring for their home. T.C. left this earth in 1970, at which time, her son Joe T. Parker joined her in the Family business. Flo continued to go to “work” daily until January 2018. She was a loving and caring mother, grandmother and great grandmother who will be missed by all.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters June Clark and husband Joe David, Jennifer Brown and husband Mike all of Kilgore; sons Joe T. Parker and wife Sherren also of Kilgore, Clyde Parker and wife Laura of Lake Cherokee, Darrell Parker; grandchildren Tony Norton, Angie Foreman, Tim Parker, Chris Parker, Brandon Parker, Travis Parker, Michelle Beall, Camille Smith, Stephanie McGee, Blake Parker, Brittany Cutler, Monica Jastrow, Adam Clark, Delina Chitwood, Whitney Compton and Morgan Brown; 30 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren. Stepdaughters Sherri Franklin and husband Robert, Pam Denmon and husband Frankie. A sister Ann Janette Westbrook of Lewisville. Also left to carry on her legacy are a host of Friends she loved Dearly and other loving family members.

Flo was preceded in death by her husbands T.C. Parker, Warren Cargill and Nat Harris; daughter Alta Kay Norton; sisters Patricia June Manning, Evelyn Cargill, Opal Chandler, Bernice Weber, Ama Jean Rousseau; brother Hollis Rousseau; a Grandson Aaron Scott Brown; and a Great Granddaughter Rebecca Nicole Parker.

The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home Chapel in Kilgore on Saturday from 1 until 2 in the afternoon; one hour prior to service.
