Yann Yim

Cremation arrangements for Yann Yim, 75, of Kilgore are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 11, 2022 from three until five o’clock in the afternoon at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home. Mr. Yim passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2022, at his home in Kilgore. He fought and lived to the very end.

Yann was born on May 24, 1947 in Kandal Provence, Cambodia to Yi Yim and Soy Chhan. He spent a vast majority of his time serving others and the community. Yann enjoyed every moment spent serving his community. He could not sit still and could fix any and everything. Yann loved to cook and garden. He was a poet and enjoyed reading and writing poetry. Yann will be greatly missed.

Left to cherish his memory are his siblings Seng Yim, Sat Yim, Chamnam Yim, infant Yim, Samkhann Yim, Ponlork Yim, and Makara Yim.

Yann was proceeded in death by his siblings Yon Yim, Sorn Yim, Son Yim, Yeoun Yim, Som An Yim, and Sokha Yim.
