Starr Rainey Burdwell, 21, of Bowie, Texas, completed her earthly journey on Wednesday, January 19, 2022, in Fort Worth, Texas. Her service will be Saturday, January 5, 2022 at eleven o’clock in the morning in the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore, Texas. Her visitation will be held on Friday, January 5, 2022 from six till eight o’clock in the evening.

Starr Rainey Burdwell was born on September 3, 2000, in Kilgore, Texas to James Russell Kinder and Lucretia Annice Burdwell. She graduated from Wichita Falls High School in 2018. Starr was extremely compassionate and always put others before herself. She was constantly making others laugh and bring joy to their lives. She was a bright “Starr” on a dark night. Starr loved singing, camping, mudding, traveling, watching movies and spending time with friends and family. Starr was a loving mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Left to cherish her memory are her parents, mother, Lucretia Annice Burdwell of Wisconsin, father, James Russell Kinder of Kilgore, son, Thomas Jefferson Morgan Jr of Bowie, partner, Thomas Jefferson Morgan, Sr. of Bowie, siblings, Stormy Burdwell of Kilgore, Skier Burdwell of Wisconsin, Sonny Burdwell, Caleb Kinder of Kilgore, Jesse Kinder of Kilgore, and numerous other siblings, cousins, friends, and family members.

She was preceded by her grandmother, Judy Marie Burdwell, grandfather, Julius Oliver Kinder, and aunt, Elizabeth Vinson.
