Sean Casey Mcniel

A gathering of family and friends will be held for Sean Casey McNiel, 49, of Gladewater on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 from 6pm to 8pm at Rader Funeral Home. Cremation services will follow. Mr. McNiel passed away on December 12, 2020 at his home.

Sean was born on June 18, 1971 in Houston to Milton Carl McNiel and Patricia Sue McNiel. He loved the woods, camping, hunting, and fishing. His biggest joy was playing with his grandsons. Sean will always be known for his big heart and will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was preceded in death by his father; brother, Brian Bagent; and his paternal grandmother, Jewel McNiel.

Sean is survived by his mother, Patricia Rowland of Gladewater; daughter, Chelsea McNiel and fiancé Devin Wallace of Longview; brother, Noah Blaylock and husband Dalton of Kilgore; grandsons, Kylan Word and Jackson Wallace; grandmother, Betty Pope of White Oak; nephew, Bailey Bagent and wife Ashley of Bloomburg; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
