Sara L. Hendrix

Sara L Hendrix was born on February 10, 1926 in Montezuma, Georgia and passed away on Monday, June 1, 2020 in Kilgore, TX. Sara was the daughter of Albert Littlebear and Velma Whittington Littlebear. She was a hard worker all of her life and a very independent person. Sara retired from Fieldcrest Mills Outlet Store in Columbus, GA. She loved being with her family.

Sara is survived by her two sons and their wives; Don and Nancy Liesman of Gladewater, TX and Ben and Ann Liesman of Benton, LA. Also six grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.

Sara was preceded in death by her parents, brother George Littlebear and son Gary Liesman.

Cremation arrangements for Sara L. Hendrix, 94, of Longview are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home of Kilgore. The restrictions currently associated with our society (COVID-19) that limit large group gatherings the family will schedule a memorial service at a later date.
