Ronnie Jobe

Services for Ronnie Jobe, 70 of Kilgore will be 10:00 a.m. Saturday, July 10, 2021, at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church with Revs. Ben Bagley and Darwood Galaway officiating. Burial will follow at Danville Cemetery. Family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. Friday evening at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore. Mr. Jobe passed away on July 4, 2021, in Longview.

Mr. Jobe was born August 13, 1950, in White Oak, Texas to the late Olin Jobe and Elizabeth Wanda Lassister. Ronnie was a member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Kilgore and served in the United States Air Force. He worked for Texas Eastman for over 27 years and later owned and operated Jobe Home Inspection Company. He was loving and caring father, brother and grandfather who will be missed by all that knew him.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Connie Lee Jobe in 2016 and brother, Mark Jobe.

Mr. Jobe is survived by his daughter, Karen Jobe of Kilgore and step-daughter, Shanna Smith of Kilgore; sons, Buddy Jobe and wife Jackie Jobe of Kilgore, Michael Jobe and Lori Jobe of Gilmer; step-son, Joel Crenshaw of Jacksonville, North Carolina; sister, Mary Amos of Arkansas and ten grandchildren as well as other loving family members.
