Ronald Bo Davidson
Ronald Bo Davidson, 72, of Kilgore, completed his earthly journey on Friday, September 17, 2021, in Longview. Services will be held at 2 pm on Monday, September 20, 2021, at Caney Creek Baptist Church in Winona, with Bro. Marshall Latham officiating, under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday, September 19, 2021, from 3 until 4:30 in the afternoon.
Ronald Bo Davidson was born on September 4, 1949, in Kilgore to Elton Walker and Joyce Marie Davidson. He was a member of the Kilgore High School Class of 1969. Ronald was a faithful member of Caney Creek Baptist Church. Being a 32nd degree Mason he was a member of the Rocky Mount Lodge AF&AM # 63 in Overton, where he served as past Master and held numerous chairs within the lodge. He was also a member of the Sharon Shrine Lodge. Ron loved hot rod cars, building cars, fishing, hunting and was an avid Harley Davidson enthusiast. Ronald was known for helping others in any way that he could. His family was t the source of his strength and spending time with them was when he was happiest.
Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 38 years, Ruth Davidson of Kilgore; children, Kelli Davidson of Kilgore, Kevin Davidson, and his wife Michelle of Kilgore; grandchildren, Kameron, Trevor and Colbie Davidson, Sonnie and Shelbie Bailey; great-grandchildren, Paisley Davidson, Kayson, and Huxley Bailey; twin brother, Donald Jo Davidson of Kilgore and sister Deborah Crews and her husband Thomas of Kilgore. Also, left to carry on his legacy are numerous in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, and other loving family members.
Ronald was reunited with his parents, infant sisters Barbara and Sally Davidson and a brother John T. Davidson.
