Mr. Couch was born on May 21, 1932 in Turkey, Texas to the late James Cleo Couch and Ethel Morine Tribble. Truman was a member of Chandler Street Church of Christ. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and friend. He was a child of the Great Depression, the firstborn of a large family of little means. He lost his mother at the tender age of three but became the oldest of sixteen children. He understood the struggles of life. He met and married a girl from Belgium, Georgette, and they forged a happy life together of 62 years, raising and loving their three children. He worked hard to provide for his family and took pride in every job and project he accomplished. He instilled his values of faith, respect, generosity, and a strong work ethic into his children. He led by example. To say he will be missed is an understatement.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Georgette Jeanne Lea Couch in 2017.
