Michael Johnson

Mr. Michael Johnson, 44, of Kilgore passed away on January 09, 2023, in St. Clairsville, Ohio. The family will receive friends at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore on Sunday, January 15, 2023, from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. Cremation arrangements will be under the direction of Rader Funeral Home.

Michael was born on November 13, 1978, in Rusk, Texas. Michael spent most of his young life in Rusk where he graduated from Rusk High School. He worked in the Oil and Gas Industry for most of his working life, he was employed at Axis Energy Services at the time of his death. Michael enjoyed building and working on most anything and was a huge New England Patriots Football fan. He loved his time spent with his family and friends.

Michael is survived by his wife Tawnie Johnson of Kilgore; children, Hayley Johnson and her fiancé D.J. of Lufkin, Jacob Johnson of Kilgore, and Jema Johnson of Kilgore; sister, Julie Johnson King of Rusk; and several nieces and nephews.
