Mark Kevin "Pops" Audas, Sr.

Graveside service for Mr. Mark Kevin Audas, Sr, 58, of Kilgore will be held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at 3:00 P.M. at the Danville Cemetery with Reverend Ricky Ricks officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 15, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Mark passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022.

Mark was born in Henderson on December 2, 1963. He was the son of the late Thomas Edward and Patricia Elaine Audas. He spent his entire career in the oil industry. Mark enjoyed golfing, fishing, cook-outs, and fantasy football. He was an avid Dallas Cowboys and Houston Texans fan. Mark had a quick wit and loved to joke around, he had a passion for music and shared that trait with his children. He loved his family and especially his grandkids and was affectionally known as “Pops”.

Mark is survived by his children, Amanda Audas (Sherri) of Kilgore, Mark K Audas, Jr. (Jennifer) of Longview, Nick Audas (Jessica) of Longview, Josh Wheeler (Heather) of Kilgore; grandchildren, Haylee, Madison, Jayden, Tyler, Ayden, Landon, and Katlyn; great granddaughter, Parklynn; sister, Sharon Fairchild of Spring; brother, George Nye, Jr. of Longview; several nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and brother, Thomas Wayne Audas.
