Lawrence Allen Robinson, II, a dedicated public servant and veteran, passed away on December 1, 2025, in Kilgore, Texas. Born on August 22, 1969, in McAllen, Texas, Lawrence built a life defined by service, courage, and commitment to his country and community.
A graduate of Spring Hill High School, Lawrence began his career with a strong foundation that led him to serve honorably in the United States Marine Corps, including active duty during Operation Desert Storm. His commitment to the nation continued as he joined the New Jersey National Guard's Army Infantry Division, where he was deployed to Iraq, exemplifying steadfast dedication and valor.
Following his military service, Lawrence advanced his career in law enforcement and homeland security. He devoted many years working with the Border Patrol and the Department of Homeland Security.
Outside of his professional endeavors, Lawrence cherished outdoor pursuits, finding joy in hunting and fishing—hobbies that reflected his love for nature and adventure.
Lawrence is survived by his loving wife, Cynthia Robinson; their children, Emily Robinson and Cole Robinson; his mother, Celia Robinson of Kilgore; his brother, Henry Robinson and wife Lindsay; and his sister, Rebekah Williams and husband Todd. He was preceded in death by his father, Lawrence "Larry" Robinson.
Lawrence Allen Robinson, II’s life was marked by unwavering dedication to his family, country, and community. His legacy of service and strength will be remembered and honored by all who knew him.
