Kenneth Dale Justice, 64, of Dover TN, passed away on September 26, 2021 in Nashville TN. Kenneth was born on March 5, 1957, in Houston Texas to Hoss and Naomi Justice. He graduated from Kilgore High School in 1976. He is survived by his wife, Pamela Avance Justice of 36 years, son Kyle Justice, and grandson Peyton Justice of Dover TN, his sister Nancy Justice Presser and husband Jody of Kilgore TX, his brother Larry Justice and wife Ruby of Kilgore TX, his brother Gerald Hammond and wife Judy of MO, brother-in-law Phillip Avance and wife Robin of Kilgore TX, brother-in-law Roy Avance of Kilgore TX, and many nieces and nephews.

Kenneth was an Army veteran. He served his country proudly and honorably for 22 years, achieving the rank of SFC. He served in Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm and was attached to the 101st Airborne Eagle Attack Battalion at Ft. Campbell KY. He loved fishing, hunting, and traveling with family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Father Aaron H. Justice Jr. , Mother Naomi Lieck Justice, brother Aaron H . Justice III , sister-in-law Suzette Justice, and nephew Shane Justice.

The family will receive friends on Friday, October 8, 2021, from 6:00 – 7:30 pm at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore TX. Graveside services will be held on Saturday October 9, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Hallsville Cemetery in Hallsville TX with Rev. David Hampton officiating.
