Hailey Blake

Hailey Blake, cherished daughter, sister, granddaughter, and friend, left this world on September 1, 2025, at the young age of 16 in Liberty City, Texas. Born on December 23, 2008, in Shreveport, Louisiana, Hailey’s vibrant spirit touched everyone she encountered.

As a student at Sabine High School, Hailey found joy in activities, including volleyball, singing in the choir, roller-skating, swimming, and engaging in arts and crafts. Her love for life was evident in her many memories shared with her beloved family and friends. Hailey particularly enjoyed riding motorcycles with her dad, fishing, and camping, moments that will forever be treasured.

Hailey is survived by her mother, Ashley Garrett; her twin sister, Kelli Blake; her grandmothers, Ida Blake and Vickie Cox; as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends who will hold her memory close to their hearts.

She was preceded in death by her father, Shawn Blake, and grandfather, James Glenn Blake.

The family will host a visitation on September 7, 2025, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Rader Funeral Home located at 401 North Martin Street, Kilgore, TX 75662. A graveside service will take place the following day, September 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM at Danville Cemetery, on Danville Road, Kilgore, TX 75662.

Hailey Blake's light will continue to shine in the lives of those who knew and loved her.
