Gwendolyn Annette Pannell

Gwendolyn Annette Pannell, born on August 12, 1938, in Gainesville, Texas to the late Paul Beasley and Mary Crain, passed away peacefully at her residence Kilgore, Texas, on August 22, 2024. A dedicated homemaker, Gwendolyn was known for her unwavering love and care as a mother, sister, grandmother, and friend, leaving a lasting impact on all who were fortunate enough to know her.

She is survived her two sons, Monte Pannell of Gladewater, Texas, and Neal Pannell of Brooks, Georgia. Gwendolyn's legacy continues through her grandchildren, Dustin, Ryan, Jonathan, Molly, and Sarah Pannell. Additionally, she is survived by her sister, Eva Schuler of Gladewater, Texas.

Gwendolyn was preceded in death by her parents and her beloved husband, Bill Pannell, who passed away in 2013.

A Celebration of Life will be held in her honor on October 12, 2024, at McCary's Chapel United Methodist Church, located at 5758 Old Hwy 135 North, Kilgore, Texas. Service will begin at 11:00 AM.

Gwendolyn Annette Pannell will be deeply missed, but her warmth and kindness will forever remain in the hearts of those she loved.
