David Dean Frame, born on January 16, 1960, in Pampa, Texas, passed away on June 10, 2026, at Lake Cherokee, Texas. He lived a life marked by kindness and a strong sense of responsibility. Those who knew him often described him as helpful, kindhearted, and simply "the finest person."

David dedicated much of his life to caring for his mother, honoring her wish never to enter a nursing home. This role was one of his proudest accomplishments, and he fulfilled it with love and devotion until her passing. His commitment to family was clear in everything he did, and he held his loved ones close to his heart.

He is survived by his brothers, Kent Frame and Terry Frame; his sister-in-law, Tammy Frame; and many nieces and nephews whom he loved dearly. David also remembered with fondness his parents, Bill and Arleta Frame, and his siblings, Rodney Frame and Cheryl Frame, who have passed before him.

A graveside service to honor David’s life will be held on June 13, 2026, starting at 10:00 a.m. at Kilgore Cemetery, located at 200 Memorial Street, Kilgore, Texas 75662.

David’s life was a quiet example of care and dedication. He loved his family and friends, his memory will remain in their hearts.
