Charles Michael “Mike” Steller, born January 24, 1959, in El Paso, Texas, passed away on July 16, 2026, in Tyler, Texas. His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mike was the beloved husband of Maria Steller of Gladewater. He is survived by his sons, Dylan Steller of Longview, and son, Marty Radeke and wife Lacey of Palestine; his brothers, Joel Steller of Oklahoma and David Steller of Livingston, Texas; and his grandchildren, Ellie Steller, Kylie Steller, Dahvie Opheim, and Paul Radeke. He was predeceased by his brother, John Steller.

For 23 years, Mike dedicated himself to his work as a truck driver for Air Liquid. Beyond his career, Mike was a man of many talents and passions. He spent countless hours woodworking and working with leather, finding joy in shaping and crafting with his hands as well as had a love for painting.

Mike found peace and contentment outdoors. He was an avid fisherman and hunter, always eager to spend time hunting for Arrowheads.

A memorial visitation will be held in Mike’s honor on Saturday, July 25, 2026, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Chapel of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore, Texas. Family, friends, and those who were touched by Mike’s life are invited to gather together in remembrance, to share memories, and to celebrate all that he contributed during his remarkable life.
