Celerino Aguilar, Sr., 64, of Kilgore, a devoted family man and lover of the outdoors, passed away on March 5, 2026, at the age of 64. Born on September 2, 1961, Celerino dedicated much of his life to his career in the oil field, where he exhibited a remarkable work ethic and resilience. He also drove trucks and worked in tree service, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to providing for his family.
Celerino had a passion for life that was reflected in his love of riding horses and horse racing. He enjoyed spending time outdoors, embracing nature's beauty, whether it was through leisurely rides or simply enjoying the company of family and friends. His warmth and genuine spirit touched those around him, and he cherished every moment spent with loved ones.
He is survived by his children, Esther C. Aguilar, Stacy Arellano, Ricardo Aguilar Lara, Erick D. Aguilar, Alfonso Aguilar, Celerino Aguilar Jr., Monica Aguilar, and Alan Aguilar. Celerino also leaves behind many grandchildren and extended family members and friends who will remember him with great fondness.
Celerino was preceded in death by his father, J. Guadalupe Aguilar Gonzales, his mother, Maria De Jesus Lara Zamarron, his son, Sergio M. Aguilar, and his granddaughter, Jaylene E. Aguilar.
The community is invited to pay their respects during the visitation on Thursday, March 12, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore, Texas. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM in the chapel at Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore.

Celerino Aguilar, Sr., de 64 años, de Kilgore, un hombre de familia entregado y amante de la naturaleza, falleció el 5 de marzo de 2026, a los 64 años. Nacido el 2 de septiembre de 1961, Celerino dedicó gran parte de su vida a su carrera en el sector petrolífero, donde demostró una ética de trabajo y resiliencia notables. También condujo camiones y trabajó en servicios de árboles, demostrando su versatilidad y compromiso con el cuidado de su familia.
Celerino tenía una pasión por la vida que se reflejaba en su amor por la equitación y las carreras de caballos.
