Funeral services for Mr. Malcolm “Blake” Hardaway, 42, of Longview will be held on Friday, July 9, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. in the Rader Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Adam Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Danville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. Friday before services. Blake passed away on Monday, July 5, 2021.
Blake was born on May 13, 1979, in Tyler. He attended Pine Tree Schools in Longview. Blake had worked for Pisces Steel, Texas Iron and Steel, Greg Williams Construction, and Bodacious BBQ in Henderson. He enjoyed watching Drag Racing and loved to cook for his family and friends. Blake will be missed dearly by his family and many friends.
Blake is survived by his parents; Malcolm and Darilou Hardaway of Longview; sister and brother-in-law, LeaAnn and Paul Hayes of Kerrville; brother and sister-in-law, Chad and Heather Hardaway of Austin; nieces Kaylee, Kamryn; nephew, Mason Hayes; uncles and aunts, Paul and Phyllis Hardaway of Grapevine and Jerry and Linda Hardaway of Ft. Worth; numerous cousins and other family and many friends.
