Shirley Lively Mcgee

Memorial graveside services for Mrs. Shirley Lively McGee, 83, of Kilgore will be held on Thursday, December 26, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at Gladewater Memorial Park Cemetery in Gladewater. Mrs. McGee passed away in Kilgore on Tuesday, December 18, 2019

Shirley was born on December 2, 1936 in Gladewater, she was the daughter of Herbert John Lively and Louise McCool Lively. She had been a resident of the East Texas area all her life. Shirley enjoyed her work as a pilot car driver, work that she and her late husband Charles did together. She enjoyed watching TV and the time spent with her family.

Shirley is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Bryan Young of Kilgore; son and daughter-in-law, Clay and Latressia McGee of Kilgore; daughter-in-law, Denise McKinney and husband Doug of Kilgore; Ten grandchildren, sixteen great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild, several nieces, nephews and other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents Herbert and Louise Lively; husband, Charles McGee; son, Charles William “Bill” McGee; two sisters and three brothers.
