Sharen Blanton

Cremation Services for Sharen Blanton, 62, of Kilgore are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore. Mrs. Blanton passed away on Wednesday, April 10, 2019, in Longview, Texas. Services will be scheduled for a later date.

She was born January 6, 1957, in Kilgore, Texas. Sharen enjoyed crocheting, reading and was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Mrs. Blanton worked as a caregiver for many years and will be missed by all that knew her.

Sharen is survived by, her daughter, Tara Denise Copes Sotero of Dallas; twin sister, Karen Colella and Mike Northcutt of Kilgore; mother, Faye Carroll of Kilgore; brothers, John Blanton and wife Susan of Overton and Gary Blanton of wife Cindy of Euless, Texas; two grandsons and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Don Blanton, Sr.
