Graveside services for Mr. Phillip Donovan, 56, of Overton will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, July 20, 2019 at Danville Cemetery with Brother Eugene Green officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Friday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Phillip passed away July 16, 2019 in Overton.

Phillip was born on March 6, 1963 in Tyler. He was the son of the late George Phillip Donovan, III and Joyce Donovan. Phillip worked as an electrician and enjoyed fishing and playing pool.

Phillip is survived by his sister, Dawn Donovan Hutcheson and husband Buddy of Kilgore; brothers, Danny Donovan of Kilgore, Deter Donovan of Henderson, David Donovan of Kilgore, Dameion Donovan and wife Jessica of Overton, and David Smith of Hickory, NC.; ex-wife, Kathy Donovan; step-daughter, Tasha Justice; step-grandson, Brian Hathorn; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents; son, George Phillip “Kolby” Donovan, IV; brother, Jeffery Donovan and his fur baby Pud.
