PATRICIA L. SAGE

A Celebration of the Life of Patricia L. Sage, 80, of Kilgore, will be held at 2 pm on Thursday, December 5, 2019, at St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Kilgore with Rev. Ben Bagley officiating. Inurnment will take place in the Rosecrans National Cemetery in San Diego, CA. Mrs. Sage completed her earthly journey on Saturday, November 30, 2019 in Kilgore.

Patricia was born on February 23, 1939, in Ft. Madison, IA to Frank and Constance Silvers. She was a member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church in Kilgore and of the United Methodist Women. Patricia enjoyed genealogy, cross stitch and reading. Patricia faithfully served her country in the United States Navy. Being the mother of 7 children, her family was the source of her strength and spending time with them was when she was happiest.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, David Sage and wife Kelly of Kilgore, Elizabeth Sage of Kilgore, Laura Sage of Kilgore, Paul Sage and wife Denine of Illinois, Linda Barnfield and husband Antony of Kilgore; siblings, Terrence Silvers and wife Pat, Thomas Silvers and wife Nita, Michael Silvers and wife Ida and Mary Allenby all of Washington; 6 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren. Also, left to carry on her legacy are numerous nieces, nephews, friends and other loving family members.

Patricia. was preceded in death by her parents, husband Morris J. Sage, sister Diane Virginia Silvers, daughter Connie Lynn Sage and son Jeffery Allen Sage.
