Cremation arrangements for Larry D. Grant, 53, of Kilgore are under the direction of Rader Funeral Home in Kilgore. Mr. Grant passed away on June 26, 2022, unexpectedly at home with his wife.

Larry was born on October 7, 1968, in Longview, Texas to Barbara Nell Price and Larry W. Grant. After attending Kilgore High School, he began his career as a truck driver. He married the love of his life Amy Kathleen Jones on November 6, 2004, for the second time. They shared seventeen joyful years of marriage together. Larry was a dedicated father and adored his five children. He enjoyed shooting guns, blowing things up, and tinkering with old vehicles. Larry was very opinionated, hard-working, and family oriented. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and son-in-law, Bryan Bell.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife, Amy Grant of Kilgore, in-laws, Gary and Connie Jones of Plano, children, Chasidy Bell and fiancé Daniel Lamaire of Kilgore, Ashley Burrow and husband Donald of Kilgore, Lindzee Modisette of Leverett’s Chapel, Jacob Chapin and his girlfriend McKenzie Benoit of Odessa, and Trenton Chapin and his partner Jackson Barrett, brother, John Grant and wife Brenda of Kilgore, nephews, Colter Grant and wife Tiffany of Kilgore, Micheal Grant and wife Tiffany of Kilgore, niece, Shandhi Goulet and husband Shawn, five grandchildren and last but not least his furbaby Bernard.
