John "Troy" Fleming

John “Troy” Fleming started his life December 29th, 1968 in Walnut Creek, CA. and passed away Saturday the 24th, 2022 in Longview, TX. surrounded by family and friends.


A memorial in celebration of Troy Fleming’s life will be held for friends and family at his brother Eddie Fleming’s house on October 8th, 2022 at 12pm-4pm. Family and friends are encouraged to attend, just call Vicki Fleming (902-985-2263) or Desiree Fleming (903-808-6901) for the address.


Troy was a kind-hearted person and was known for his honesty, jokes, love of pecan pie and donuts, and for his crazy colored shoes. Troy loved to go fishing, tinker on projects, watch western movies, read, and most of all- spending time with his family and friends. Troy was a jack of all trades and loved the simple things in life. He was creative, resourceful, and full of ideas. Troy is proceeded in death by his father John L. Fleming and his mother Linda M. Fleming. He is survived by his son Zachary S. Fleming, Nyla N. Reynolds, his two granddaughters Zyla Mae Fleming and Brooklyn Nicole Fleming, brother Eddie Fleming, sister in law Vicki Fleming, niece Desiree’ Fleming, Payeton Wallace, his brother Bobby Fleming, niece Raven Deishler, nephew Nathaniel James; extended family Ashley Dodson, Lisa Stewart, Fannie “Granny” Burns, Malayna Stewart, Kamryn and Taylor Clinton; friends Donnie Deerinwater, Red, Melissa Charlo, and many other friends. We all wish him well on the next part of his journey. May he know peace and rest. “
