Ginger Lynn Kyle, 51, of Overton completed her earthly adventure June 6, 2024, in New London, Texas. She was born on October 13, 1972, in Overton, Texas. Beloved daughter to Linda and Bob Pounders, and the late Curtis Clark. Ginger grew up to be fiercely loving and creative. Her loved ones meant everything to her, all she did in her life was out of love for them.
Ginger graduated from Arp, high school and attended Kilgore Junior College before finding her place as a dispatcher. Ginger’s favorite experience and accomplishment in her life was being a mother to her beautiful children and “Gigi” to her grandbabies. She met her best friend and love of her life, Johnny Leo Kyle, Jr, better known to all as “Gus”. The two wed in 2021. Ginger lived life her own way, and she adored her family. She thrived when taking care of them, her favorite way to gather everyone was cooking and sharing a meal all together. Being with family and friends was Ginger’s happy place. In her free time, Ginger fed her intellectually creative mind by reading and writing poetry. She was loving, caring, funny and the self-proclaimed boss of the family. Ginger’s presence was always known due to her larger-than-life personality. She is deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Left to cherish Ginger’s memory are her devoted husband Gus Kyle, daughters Chelsea and husband Braeden Byrom, Mikenzie and husband Colton Mills,
parents, Linda and Bob Pounders, the late Curtis Clark, her sisters Amy and wife Megan Pounders, Michelle Higgins, Terri and husband Kip Hall.
Stepchildren: Jeremy, Josh, Jessie, Tera and Chandler. Her precious grandchildren Bryleigh Lynn, Waylon Andrew, and the expected Baby Braxton, due to arrive in September. Many other loving family members, and a multitude of friends. Ginger was a ray of sunshine; this world is a darker place without her in it. Her family and friends will cling to their precious memories of Ginger until reunited once again. The family would like to extend their gratitude to Bowman’s Oilfield Service, LLC and Isaacs Wrecker Service.
