Scott Allen Haynes Guestbook

Marlena Toomey

Although you may be gone from our sights, you will forever remain in our hearts. Loosing you has left a space in the hearts of those who love you that can never be filled. You were definitely the kind of person that comes along once in a lifetime and makes a significant impact in the lives of those who surround you. People say that there are only two kinds of people, those who are blessings and those who will become a lesson; however you were both. You were a blessing from the day you entered my life and you taught me many lessons in your own "Scott Haynes" way that I will forever miss. You had the ability to brighten the darkest room with just your presence, a hug that always had the ability to change a mood from sad to happy in an instant, a personality out of this world, and the most contagious smile. You had compassion for others unlike anyone I've ever met and would do anything to help anyone; a willingness to make unselfish sacrifices without hesitation. I feel lucky that for 13 years you were more than just a friend, you were my brother in law and I'm extremely blessed that God chose you to be such an amazing uncle to Tommy and I's babies. Our kids have always and will forever adore you and cherish the times spent with you. There are no words that will ever take the pain of loosing you away and your loss will impact many people who's lives you impacted in such positive ways. You were the best brother in law I could have ever asked for, but you were also an amazing father, son, brother, uncle, nephew and friend. I will continue to keep your two amazing children, your mom and dad, brother, nieces/nephews, aunts/uncles, and everyone else impacted by your loss in my prayers.

Love ya "BIL"

To the family: words cannot express my sympathies during this time. I love you guys so very very much and I am only a phone call away.

Scott was a good man who will be greatly missed. He was a hard working type of guy who would give you the shirt off his back. He was proud of his kids and always bragged about them. I am a better person for having known him. His family and friends are in our prayers.

Scotty, may you rest in knowing you were sooo loved, and spread so much love, during your time on earth. May all that know you find peace in knowing you are safe and home with your brother. Someday, I wish for joy in the loving memories you leave with us, especially your mom and children.
